Yes - every year. Usually I'm wrong - ironically, I wasn't overly apprehensive before 9/11/12 - I figured they were waiting for a numerically significant anniversary and would not press their luck with a U.S. election coming up (I've always assumed they prefer Obama to his Republican opponent) - but, this year feels different - it's the 13th (maybe significant) but, with the rise of ISIS, if they have the capability, they may launch a strike - probably Europe first, but we'll see.
