To a degree. Yes there are houses around me that sell for millions just to get leveled but then a $20 million dollar home pops up on that lot. Not all the value is in the land in that case.

Yea USGS says it takes a while to update the smaller tremors. I will check later to make sure I wasn't imagining things because all of my friends I texted didn't feel a thing.
