Love city living. Have lived in the burbs, the city, and the country. I think the way I handled it worked pretty well. He isn't as weird and there is no malice. I was curious if TD had some decent nosey neighbor stories that were similar.

I can see right into my neighbor’s house from my kitchen window and they can see right into our house. I don’t give a shite what they are doing and they don’t give a shite what we are doing. Life is good.

I just have one dickhead neighbor who thinks he's some sort of HOA enforcer and any time even the smallest rule is broken he reports it. For example on Christmas Eve/Christmas Day there were families and friends visiting multiple houses on our street -- he was out there taking photos of all the vehicles parked in front of the houses so that he could report them for violating the rule.
