I mean either one...some people prefer music, some prefer the sleep sounds, or audiobooks or even games that make you think. I was just looking for some other ideas..

I usually like to fall asleep to stand up comedy. Lately I've been asking Alexa to play songs by Norm MacDonald. Dude's hilarious and something about his voice puts me to sleep.

Alexa has a white noise skill. I just sat Alexa play sleep sounds, rain, stream, etc.

Nope, Sleep Mate sound machine (white noise). Runs till I turn it off.
