I quit day drinking when my probation officer put a 24hr alcohol monitoring leg bracelet on me.

I’m 13 hours ahead, so technically I’m morning drinking in the states since my body isn’t used to the time change.

I'll probably have a few shortly. Have to work tonight and need to sleep later. Having a few drinks in the middle of the day and then stopping when I'm home alone makes me sleepy as hell.
