Feeding 40 for an anniversary party. Frying fish to eat at 1pm. I ditched the 4 gallon bayou classic cooker and got 10 gallons of oil for my 20 gallon jambalaya pot. Its just too damn hot to take our time. I plan on being done cooking in 30 minutes.

Staining and sealing the new wood flooring i just fitted on my utility trailer….. I look forward to the result. I’m also sanding and painting the upper half of the frame. Neato torpedo.

Well, um, actually a pretty nice little Saturday, we're going to go to Home Depot. Yeah, buy some wallpaper, maybe get some flooring, stuff like that. Maybe Bed, Bath, & Beyond, I don't know, I don't know if we'll have enough time.
