If so, any feedback on the Lonestar Cabanas?

I went for Evanescence/Lindsey Sterling and sat right behind the "VIP" cordoned off area. Its essentially a table and larger chairs. You do get your own service valet and security.

The cabanas seem to be the outside version of that.

This was back in August of last year and there was no way in hell I was gonna sit in the field on a Texas summer day.

Been a bunch of times. Usually sit on the lawn, have sat in seats a couple of times. The lawn is fun because the arena isn’t massive and you can see from virtually anywhere. Really easy to bring in alcohol to avoid overpriced beers.

Oh, what used to be the COca Cola Starplex

saw Van Halen with Skid Row opening about 1997 or so, don't remember anything other than there being a grassy area

They change the name every other week it feels like:

Gexa
Smirnoff
Starplex
Dos Equis

And that’s only in the last 5 or 6 years.

Great place to see a show if you are in the 100 level, box seats, or lower 200 level. I don't really like the back end of the 200 level or lawn. Lawn is okay if you are in a big group of friends & aren't a die hard of the band you are seeing. I have been in the box seats once & they are really nice. You have your own waiter. The table area(I am assuming this is called the Cabanas) looks nice too.

It was built in the late 80's & they finally got brand new seats under the shed last year.

Went to a warped tour in 05-06 when it was called Gexa or Nokia. Yellowcard was the headliner.

When it had a different name, saw (at different times) Robert Plant, Stone Temple Pilots, Tom Petty, and the Spin Doctors. Tom Petty played on a very cold night with a strong north wind.

The Lonestar Cabanas are along the back wall of the lawn. You have a private bar/wait staff and restroom. So, if you are there for the party...they may be ok.

If you are there for the concert...I think it sucks.

Maybe like a “knoll”?

Was it back and to the left?
