This happened to me this year - ive always lived with anxiety and OCD. My dad died and I had grief that I didnt even know. Go see a therapist and a psychiatrist.

Talk to people about it, talk to your wife and family. Its a rough feeling but you can do it. I didnt think I would ever get out. It took a solid 4 months.

I'm hearing good. Things about that Bonjourno drug. Seems to help with weight loss, depression and alcoholism.

Exactly and that’s exactly why people lose their shite all the time. Unless you suffer from it you have no clue. I tell myself all the time to be happy, don’t be anxious etc. etc and throughly think about, think positive etc. Just doesn’t help. You know what you need to do but your mind has different ideas

Do you exercise or workout? What is your diet like? Do you drink/smoke?

I'm not the best person to ask because i'm highly anti-big pharma for the reason i think they know they're creating dependency via meds. I think it's best to try to never use them at all and do things that fulfill you more.

I think human beings are still NEW to this easier lifestyle we are in right now and we used to have to chop wood, kill food, and grow food to eat. etc... those not being in our daily lives give us TONS of time to be bored. Boredom can really affect psychology.

What to do with down time? Video games? Tv? Internet?

What do u spend your down-time doing?

I think there’s truth to this. I took the initiative 9 years ago. I started feeling drunk/hungover about every afternoon at work. I would get dizzy, tunnel vision, nausea, headaches. It happened for two weeks straight. I could hardly drive to and from work.

At that point, I couldn’t lie to myself. I was confused when the neuro said it was stress and anxiety. Come to find out, mental shite runs in my family.

yes this is a common thing with meds. I've had this happen many times throughout the years. Often have to change meds a few times to find something that fixes the issue. Good luck dude.

I don’t have tons of free time this month. Normally, I go to the local minor league ballgames. I golf. I umpire Little League baseball.

I try to avoid staying home. My wife and I will also walk downtown by the water, go out to dinner once during the weekend.

Broken record here, but you should consider tapering and trying some psychedelic therapy. I obviously don't know your history, but just attempting to treat symptoms (e.g. depression) without mining the underlying causes is not a long-term strategy that will work.

LMK if you want more info.

There are so many different, cheap AD meds out there. Go to your doc immediately and have him write you a new Rx. No need to just sit there and needlessly suffer.
