W was an easy target. But they didn’t obsess every night all night about him, except the Daily Show of course. But that was at least funny.
And in the 90s I watched Letterman a lot and sometimes Leno and they never obsessed about politics. Carson might do some politics but he wasn’t a lefty loon and politics didn’t dominate the show. It’s just crazy now. The late shows are unwatchable.

Seth Myers is unwatchable. Every joke or opening monologue is all trump related. Used to love late night shows...now I don’t bother turning the tv on. They just push their agenda on you. Wasn’t like that in the good ole days.

Watched Kimmel religiously....quit during the campaign when he became too gut wrenchly biased to watch and started using his newborn as fodder. I wish he would go off air and be replaced by a neutral show that's actually funny.

I dont watch late night shows, but if he is making fun of president bonespurs, good.
Trump is the most ignorant incompetent window licker to ever hold office. And he is the biggest liar in the history of politics which is truly remarkable. In fact, he lies so much he has literally redefined lying and made it so that terms like "alternate facts" are actually a thing.
Then when you consider he literally paid $280,000 to frick a washed up porn star turned stripper 2 times and a 50 year old nude model from the 1980s (think McDougal was posing nude in the 80s), once it's like wtf, is he the most pathetic loser ever?
And dont give me that crap but, but he is president. That just means there are a lot of stupid people in the country. And that includes bonespurs who never wanted to be president and cant get anything passed in a Republican Congress and is possibly looking at impeachment and/or criminal proceedings to put a nice bow and ribbon in his clownish antics to close things out.
And FTR, I'm not happy the idiot has destroyed the Republican party and is about to swing the country way left toward socialism and higher taxes to pay for the trillions he and the big spending Republican congress has approved that has exploded what was a decreasing deficit when he took office.
So Kimmel or whoever needs to make fun of him. He is a pathetic disaster.
