Anybody ride greyhound before?

Currently on a greyhound from Baton Rouge to Fayetteville. There was a delay for over an hour before I got on.
I have a layover in Shreveport to Texarkana.
The Texarkana bus Leaves Shreveport at 1. But we’re not gonna get there til 1:30 at the least.
They’ve gotta put me on another bus right? How much of a shitshow am I in for? FML.

Idk if my car could make it to Lafayette. Much less Arkansas. And flying obviously not an option right now.
Good news is I’ve got a pretty good job lined up when I get there. So things will be looking up shortly.

The Greyhound terminal in Shreveport has a very nice club section. Ask Emma (she's the one with a British accent) to fix your favorite cocktail.

You missed the layover, you'll have to reschedule at the ticket counter when it fricking opens. As long as your rescheduled bus arrives on time then you're only looking at 3-5 hrs off your original arrival time in Fayetteville.

If your Itinerary was Coast to Coast, you can expect a full 24 hr delay.

Once, mid 90s from Charlotte NC to Lafayette. It was a summer job and the company was too cheap to fly me home. It was shady back then. I can only imagine what it's like today. Prepare to be around illegals, single moms with new borns screaming for hours, addicts, etc. It's probably going to be a shite show but it's a good experience.

Once you set foot on a bus, time becomes irrelevant. Just relax...you won't get there when planned, but you will get there.
