Was in the area and saw the aftermath. The man was still laying on the ground but he looked okay as he was talking on the phone. There were about a dozen women standing around and we didn't get the impression that he was in serious condition at that time. Sure hope he is alright.

Agg assault is assault with a deadly weapon. Unless they argue that he's military and he is trained to fight and his hands are deadly weapons or something. They'll probably throw an assault charge on top, but there will be a battery charge of some degree for sure.

So based on the video, here is my best guess as to what possibly happened:
White mini-van parks like an a-hole along the curb, making it difficult for cars that are properly parked to back out.
Someone asks the mini-van to move
Captain Roid Rage becomes angry and starts cursing that person out.
Ladies in the parking lot see this and then try and tell him to calm down. Captain R.R starts cursing everyone out.
Old baw walks up and tells him to stop screaming at women and to just move the mini-van, to which Captain R.R fake pumps like he is gonna punch him
Old man flinches and then tells Captain R.R to do it if you are gonna do it, to which Captain R.R obliges
Old man is knocked the frick out
Captain R.R threw both a punch and his career out the window in the parking lot of that shopping center.
What do y’all got?

I hate everything about that douchebag and hope he gets what's coming to him, but calling a loose cannon a bitch to his face was prolly not the smartest move.

Something had to have happened to this dude prior to the video, just dont see where a Helo pilot capt can lose his shite like this, and with the wife driving the mini van.
