Right now the dumbshit is probably wishing he was dead.
The reality of his career being over, the probability of jail time, the embarrassment, his financial future is ruined, and repercussions to his family have to be settling in. Of course he is a moron so there is also the probability he is proud of himself.

It looks like he was booked into Mandeville PD first bc Fox8 has a mugshot from MPD. I guess because of the severity of it they ended up moving him to STP.

Assuming the old man is not severely injured I would imagine the jail. Time will be minimal for this guy. Maybe actually serve a year or 2.
The bigger issue for him is loss of military career and benefits, possible Financial restitution to the victim through civil. Suit, etc...
The loss of his pension from the army is the big whammy. If he and his wife are x fit coaches with 4 kids it will be financially very hard on them. Feel sorry for his kids being raised by such a douche. And now their family name is ruined. Probably have to move out of state.

I’m late to this. IMHO, Ol Boy was noble to call him out but obviously should not have followed and dared him. That’s conflict resolution 101- physical distance and cooling off period. The Roid thug was a dick from start to finish and should now lose his career and retirement . America has become a sad and violent place. Except for the Ruling Class- their party is just getting started and there ain’t no minivans or physical violence.

And yes that did happen, but legally I'm not sure unless we know what happened behind the van. After Roid Boy initiated, he did walk away and the other dude followed him. Do we know if the other dude initiated when we couldn't see what was going on?
I'm simply stating I don't know how much your screenshot of Roid Boy initiating matters if he walked away and the other guy followed him.
To reiterate though, I don't care either way, Roid Boy is a loser and I hope is prosecuted to the fullest extent.

He will still get VA Disability. If he is kicked out the National Guard, he will only lose monthly pay and then what might have been retirement at age 60. Really not much of a loss right now.
