I will say this. The fact you have to come to a message board asking for people to invest tells me no one other than you and your buddies are confident in this idea
Why would Sonic contact people, who are considering putting together an "up-and-coming" paintball dynasty? It would be in the best interest of both companies to invest in something that is already established. You should come up with a more believable selling point.

The paintball market is brutally competitive and there is nothing proprietary about your product or idea. The big box companies will squash you like the cockroach that you are.
