Anybody here ever been accused of stealing?

I was at walmart getting a few groceries and I found a pack of screws that I needed for the house. I had to use the bathroom and I put the pack of screws back on the shelf. When I came out the bathroom a Walmart security lady was there waiting for me. She said take the item out of my pocket in front of everybody. I was like wtf are you talking about I didn’t steal anything. She said I saw you on camera stealing a pack of something. I showed her my pockets and all I had was my phone and keys. I showed her where I left the pack of screws on the shelf and she was like ok and not saying I’m sorry or anything. I was so angry I gave her a piece of my mind and I never been so embarrassed having people looking at me like I committed a crime. I had a buggy full of groceries and I left it there and walked out.

You should have filmed the whole thing and asked her, "Am I being detained?". It would have been a hit on social media.

That pugnacious fop Alistair Conway had the audacity to accuse me of snatching his vile neon green ascot after we returned from Mortimer’s dinner party. He actually left it under the seat. Needless to say it was the last time I let him ride in my lifted, blacked out excursion.

I don’t know if it’s worse to buy groceries or use the bathroom at wal mart.

I would love to know what this “piece of your mind was” because had it been me I probably would have ended up on the local news.

A couple of times in business situations.
It was proven otherwise and I took the high road throughout but I didn’t like being wrongfully accused of being a thief or a LIAR.

I’m impressed she even gave a damn. I saw a guy at Kroger the other day scan all his items at the self checkout and then sneak out without paying and it made me irrationally angry,

I had to take a crap at a super WalMart once. Came out of nowhere. I quickly ran the calculations on how long it would take to get home, but freeway construction.
Pretty awful. Covered in graffiti, crapper was a wall mount that felt like it was going to fall any second, and someone sounded and smelled like he was dying in the other stall.

Well, in the OP's defense, he did need the bathroom while at the store. Target's bathrooms are confusing multi-gender pods.

Was tailgating and had one of those cheap purple 50 can totes from wal mart. There had to have been a million of them on campus. Went to a friends tailgate and he had carried my tote for me while I was socializing with work folks. I saw the tote and opened it for a beer and realized it wasn't mine, quickly zipped it back up without reaching in. Some blowhard flipped his shite on me.
