Two week workout? How long did it take to get over the soreness? At what point did you feel stronger and see results?

I've got a guy on the ship I work with that does 100 pull ups during his daily work out, I'm sure he could do all of that during a 2 hour work out. Dude's a workout junky though

My body weight is enough to give me a great workout. Sorry you're a small person.

There was a thread here once where people did push ups everyday for a month or so. Some guy said he did 5K or something in a month.

Me too. In fact I've got so much mass that push-ups on my knees are more than enough resistance. Sorry for being fit.

I did that workout for a while, but I started killing people with one punch, so I had to stop.

I'm cutting the push ups in half and pull ups 75%. No way I can do that many at this point.

10k push-up challenge. We had a good group going. The OP mysteriously disappeared but we kept it going.

I'd be up for this one. Oh, and in the 10k challenge the soreness was there to start everyday but after the first set you were good.

I wonder if you could get strong by flexing. Seems like it would work.
