Costa Del Mar

This.

I know you are $ constrained but I highly recommend Costa del Mars. I have a long history with Costa - almost 20 years. They are not cheap but the reason I keep going back is their customer service. These guys will either replace your glasses or fix them on the cheap. Just this past weekend my 1 yr old lab got hold of my Fathoms by Costa. Got online, filled out the forms took some pictures and sent them off thinking I might have to spend $100 to get them fixed or replaced. They sent me an email yesterday morning, "sorry your model is discontinued. Please click this link". Clicked the link and was offered a choice of 5 different comparable pair for FREE. They emailed me a label to mail my old pair back and I will have my new pair in about a week. Worth the $200+ I spent on the original pair a few years ago. And this is not the first experience I have had like this with this company.

Bite the bullet.

Kirkland sunglasses at costco. Only 30 bucks and about as good as sunglasses can be.

Costa isn't as charitable if you contact them with broken lenses. I've had the temples and frames replaced on a pair, but I contacted them when I crashed my bike and cracked the lens. Tough luck for me, they told me they won't replace the lens and I'd have to buy a new pair.

Had this happen to me a little over 15 years ago. Son was riding on my shoulders. Pulled him off to set him down and my Costas went with him, hit the tile lens down. Contacted them and they replaced the lenses for $80. Wasn't covered under warranty but still cheaper than a new pair. Maybe they changed that policy???

Maybe there was just a higher fee to replace the lens. I can't recall. I just bought a new pair though, because I had grown out of love with that pair anyway.

Revo sunglasses are the best I have found but I damn near cry when they break

This. Revo’s are by far the best but after losing multiple pairs in water trips I can’t stomach the price tag. My first pair lasted years before losing. My next three pairs lasted less than a year. Absolutely love their lenses

I got a 30% off coupon for mine being discontinued. Used it on some rx sunglasses as I found a better price for the Costas on Amazon. Saved me $90

Shady Ray's is really good for the money, and will replace for free.
