as previously mentioned, if you currently have a gas tank water heat, may not be a plug and play, may need to increase the gas supply line by the meter to support the tankless
i will second Goodr.. especially if you have a big head, they offer regular and huge head options that don't break the bank
nest here for 2 houses, no issues ... something also to think about .. Nest also makes some of the best rated doorbell, outdoor and indoor cameras .( nest outdoor cameras are currently one the only wireless ones that record 24/7, not just motion activated) so, if you are interested in that type of stuff, nest app will work both thermostat and cameras. not sure if ecobee or honeywell have cameras.. just my .02

Think its inside a mechanic shop. A shop within a shop. no sign on the outside of building . From what i recall, used him few years back .
i have a wine a dor... little wine fridge . compressor broke so i have a cigar oasis in there, wireless track humidity , holds a bunch of cigars .

Make sure you wipe the cabinets down with TSP*( found at lowes etc..) it will degrease the cabinets and then you sand down .
if you sand without degreasing, you are just moving the grease around and paint will have hard time sticking and look jacked up ...

with adt and vivint,,, they are the only companies that can monitor their equipment... the rest you can shop yearly monitoring contracts .
