I had this happen to a friend about 6 months ago. A $150 charge appeared on his card. He contacted them and found out that the driver said he puked on his ride. He disputed but the company was unhelpful in resolving it.
He finally asked to see the picture of "his" damage. They sent it to him and he noticed the time stamp was a few days before his trip. He was refunded.

Yep...my 15yr old son was at one of the water parks at Disney, and got an Uber to the hotel. Got hit with $50 fee because the driver said he got his seat wet. Dude was sitting in the wait area to pick up from the water part, so he knew what he was doing. My son said he hadn't been in the water for over an hour, so it was complete bullshite. I tried to fight it but to no avail. He had some bogus arse pic of a wet spot on his shitty cloth seat. Lyft only for me after that...
