I have seen that painting. It’s good.

Michael Stack is a painter of the Southwestern Landscape.

He does the landscapes and clouds really well and is an all around good guy.

Just a few of his that have sold recently.

"Peter's Denial" by Carl Heinrich Bloch, Danish painter. I saw the original painting exhibited in the Swedish Royal Palace, Stockholm, Sweden. The painting is almost life size. It is beautiful.

I think Bierstadt studied under Thomas Kinkade, the original 'painter of light'.....

Zumo is great as well. I like both of their works a lot. They actually just did a piece together.

I’m the farthest thing from an art expert but I love French Impressionism. Monet, Renoir, Sisley, Gauguin, Manet, Seurat, Van Gogh. Not going to post them all but I love these two:

The Floor Scrapers. Gustave Caillebotte

And of course the one that started it all:

Impression, Sunrise. Claude Monet

Some other randoms that I like:

The Problem We All Live With. Norman Rockwell. One of the most powerful ones IMO. This depicts New Orleans’s own Ruby Bridges (who’s very much still alive) having to be escorted to a (previously) all-white school by federal agents. Something about this one gets me.

Nighthawks. Edward Hopper.

The Jolly Flatboatman. George Bingham

Moonlight on the Dnieper. Arkhip Kuindzhi

I also really like this Japanese one for some reasons
The Great Wave off Kanagawa, Hokusai

No offense, but that ‘art’ and that ‘artist’ look like a bunch of assholes.

But that’s just my opinion
