Any new info on the Egypt Air disaster

This new attack reminded me that they found the black box but I haven't heard of any details of the data analysis.

Last I checked they said the black box was heavily damaged.

Picked up that there was smoke in the cockpit.
Everything I read about it made it seem that it was an accident.

It's a shame. Delta is using Airbus like crazy now for short mainline routes. I always look for the 717 for those flights. That's a great little plane.

Last 2 times I flew Delta I was on a shite 40 year old MD80.

Oldest MD Delta uses is the 88 which hit the market in 1987.
