Eating out at nice restaurants

I don’t buy many material things for myself, but we enjoy a nice dinner out a couple times a month.

$1,800 in daycare costs a month for 3 kids is my worst. Luckily the oldest starts pre k in August so it will drop to $1,200 a month.

I do try to buy what’s on sale, but I still overspend on groceries. A lot of it has to do with where I shop; independent stores are more convenient but their prices on non-sale items are pretty high.
I’m about 3 weeks in with following a budget and am doing well. The main objective for me is to decrease what’s wasted.

We don't spend lavishly on much, modest everything. But we meal plan for the week based on what we want to eat, and whatever the cost, we don't think twice. Helps that we buy very minimal box stuff, but we never shop meat/produce sales. We will get what's in season but that has to do with quality.
im the opposite I meal plan off of what’s on sale

Truck note. Been paying it for so long that it’s just part of my life. I like new vehicles every 5 years or so

Daycare costs are out of control.

Labor costs.

It’s expensive to hire people that don’t try to have sex with small children.
