Nice deflection. Is someone a Jew, Christian, Muslim, etc if they identify as one? That's a more apt comparison.

Are you wanting to discuss cases or just argue with people. Your responses are kinda immature is why I ask.

I knew you would link a website of his supporters. The fact is they are still guilty and considered murderers.
It's a site that supports overturning wrongful convictions. As opposed to your hatchet job of a website that is specifically aimed at proving their guilt.

They are technically still guilty, of that you are actually correct. That's a direct result of the state using it's power to threaten drawing out appeals even further simply because they didn't want to have to pay out any money for railroading three kids.

All of those cases of people going missing in the national parks? They were all killed by Chinese gold prospecting corporations. The Chinese dont want some dumb American independent gold prospector going to the media to tell them that a giant CCP corporation has been stealing the American gold and has been buying off politicians at every level. Thats the only way they could afford millions of acres at a price of $5/acre

Your sole sources are two websites, which sometimes work, aimed at solely supporting their guilt.
I don't see any point in taking you seriously when all you can do is link to broken websites

Yet they didn't get their conviction overturned did they in fact they admitted that there was enough evidence to prove them guilty.
Damien has been caught in like after lie. He swore he hadn't been in the Robin Hood neighborhood much just for it to come out he walked around it all the time. None of his alibis proved true.

Even if the initial confession came at the 2.5 hour point rather than the 12 hour point, 2.5 hours of intense investigation is probably WAYYY too long to interrogate somebody with an IQ of 72 without legal counsel or parental counsel (he was interrogated alone).
Somebody that lacking in intelligence would probably start feeling intimidated and confused in any situation with an aggressive authority figure for 2.5 hours, let alone a police detective.

Is this your first experience with earlycuyler?

Immature contrarian is his entire schtick

You have yet to put forth any theory to discuss.

Yes, that's what an Alford plea is. Do you have anything else of substance to offer? Other than something from an anti-WM3 website?

Yet he admitted his guilt numerous times after being found guilty. I think his 72IQ wouldn't allow him to stay quiet.

I wasn't aware I had any obligation to do so. I'm just pointing out that thinking they are still guilty at this point is pretty damn dumb.
Besides, if you had bothered to read what I linked, you would have seen there was DNA relating to one of the boy's father. Which is far more evidence than the heresy they used to convict the 3 kids.

The expectations you have of someone who is borderline retarded BY DEFINITION.

He will never say anything specific, and if called out will lie. He's a member of the cult of 1867

I've read both sides of the debate. I'm not surprised about the DNA. I also know about the bloody man in the McDonald's bathroom during the same time of the murders. Don't think he was involved either. I think the 3 we're drunk and while not intending to kill the boys but just bully them around and one of the victims did something to piss Damien off and things went out of control. I think Damien was the main reason for the killings and the other 2 got caught up in it. Damien had already been diagnosed with mental health issues plus his own family were scared of him

So what you're saying is I'm basically wasting my time.
