Early the lying commie.

Imagine a commie upset over someone "burning out." Hows that gender studies degree working for you?

I told you what websites to go to sorry your mom wasn't awake to show you how to use the computer. I even copied and pasted for you to read and when it came time for you to dispute them with facts what did we get ... nothing.

You have provided no theory of your own most likely due to not having anything but childish comebacks.

He has no opinions, except that the other guy is always wrong.

He can't commit to anything, because he's a liar and will back off of it.

He's learned his lesson about giving out personal opinions.

How dumb are you to think that I must have a theory simply because I believe the WM3 was railroaded by a bullshite case?

Not to mention, one of the boys father that was absolutely convinced of their guilt later pushed for their exoneration.

I don't have a theory. If I had to pick something, I would guess that the father who's DNA was found there was involved. I really don't know. That's not my point here in the slightest.

I was right in the beginning, you're just an idiot.

My opinion, which is shared by more than a few here, is that you're a burnout hack who ran damn near to Russia because he's a bitch coward that couldn't face his problems.

Of course, all of your opinions are borrowed. You can't think independently.

At least you have that level of awareness. I'm kind of shocked.

its because he can't formulate his own thoughts. He has to find the approved position.

He's a member of the Cult of 1867. Probably lives off some ugly tatted chick or his parents.

And if she was late, he would risk be caught by an early arriving student. (Class was at 5:30.)

He'd just say he was responding to the alarm, and try again another time.

The student isn't going to ask for his badge if he's wearing a uniform, and isn't going to follow the investigation or pay attention to the cop's face. The uniform allows him to escape if anything goes wrong.

Thanks for your attempt to help wrestle control of this thread away from the ax-grinding battle between the Pro-WM3 and Anti-WM3 crowds.

Edit: That being said, unless you’re the dimmest bulbs in the light bulb box, you’d be very suspicious of a cop in SWAT gear responding to a, to say the least, very mild emergency....certainly not a typical SWAT emergency.

And a SWAT cop who, let’s face it, is kinda fat and doesn’t seem like he would be the kind of guy assigned to SWAT. And a lone SWAT officer as well. Don’t typically see SWAT responding with one officer.

And it’s a small(ish) town as well. If the incoming student spotted and/or spoke with the cop, he would probably ask if EMTs had been called. Even if the killer said “Yeah, they’re on their way,” when really they’re not, the student would probably call 911 anyway just be safe if he thought they were late. At which point, the killer would need to make a very speedy getaway before the real cops showed. And once the real cops showed, and the student was questioned, and they realized an apparent police impersonator had been the first one on the scene, the student would be questioned about the SWAT guy’s appearance. With gender, height, eye color, voice, and weight, all helping to narrow down suspects.

In any case, the SWAT uniform does practically nothing to help conceal the killer from anything except the grainy security camera footage. That appears to be what he/she was hiding from. Which leads me to believe further that he was there to cause vandalism and didn’t realize the church was hosting an exercise class with an instructor and students arriving shortly.

You have to be one of the dumbest posters I've met on here. You think they were railroaded but yet to have the ability to explain why.

Funny how Jesse Misskelly biggest supporter was a girl named Lyndsey that went by the name " True Romance" on line. TR visted him numerous times in jail, gave much of her money in support of him yet one day, during a jail visit, Jesse told her something about the case and she did a total 180 and stopped defending him.
If the only thing you have to offer is an opinion based off of nothing (according to you) then hang it up

A great murder mystery that had a lot of bizarre turns is the Rhoden Family killings by the Wagner family. 8 deaths of 1 family in 4 different locations. All the planning and conniving will make it a great movie.

Actually, I posted an article that shows exactly how and why. Here's another from a different website:

LINK

quote:

Evidence indicated that Stevie and Michael were both beaten and drowned. Christopher’s death appeared to have been far more violent. He suffered violent injuries to his head and genital mutilation. Healed wounds were discovered during the autopsy that suggested child abuse. Defensive wounds were found that had already healed along with fresh marks on his behind that appeared to have been inflicted with a belt.

quote:

This travesty of justice was finally corrected after 18 years. After far too long, the state Supreme Court of Arkansas ordered new evidentiary hearings for the case in November 2010 based on DNA evidence that was unavailable during the first trial. On August 19, 2011, Echols, Baldwin, and Misskelley were released from prison as part of an Alford plea deal, a rare legal mechanism in which “no contest” pleas are entered but innocence is nevertheless maintained. This plea allowed freedom for the three while allowing the authorities to avoid admitting that they wrongfully convicted 3 men. This plea saved the state from paying out millions for wrongful imprisonment.

Far better information and sourcing than you have provided. Just quit at this point. It's the smartest thing you could do.

The Wagner family planned for months to kill the Rhoden clan. They hacked into the Rhodes computers and knew all their coming and goings.

What's wild is 4 of the Rhodes friends we supposed to spend the night with , in 3 of the Rhoden homes, but changed their minds at the last minute.

The link is to a TV station story that gives background of the case.

This one is still unsolved. I knew one of the investigators, he's retired now.

Murder of 8, Craig AK.

They think they know who did it, just don't have sufficient evidence.
