Yes. A few upper level Econ classes. They definitely fricked with my head
You jogged me brain. Holy shite. I made a B in David Johnsons econ 2035(I think that's it) banking and money instruments class.
Talk about a sure-fire A for a hard working dedicated student. That fricking a-hole straight up told us "I'm going to test you like Ivy league students and I'll curve the grades so you pass."
NOT a thing on exams were from text either. Stupid frick lectured about random shite he had accomplished.
I hope someone can back me on this. That cocksucker ruined my 4.0 that semester. I had come a long way from those days mentioned in my prior post in this thread.
ETA: Now I feel Terrible.
David Johnson Passes away in 2010.

The only class that I completely gave up on was Intermediate Accounting 2. Not that it was an exceptionally rigorous class, I just wanted to bleed out from my eyeballs trying to study for that comprehensive final. I think I walked out of the test, happily took my D, and got on with my life. Didn't hinder graduation in the slightest.
Holy shite. You people continue to jog my memory. With only 12 hours to get it, I decided to get a Finance degree when a broken leg set back my departure for Dallas with an IT job(ISDS grad december 98).
Chuck Thomas I think. Great Guy and teacher. But That class was fricking AWFUL. I made my only D since 1994 that spring of 99.

Thermodynamics was tough
Thermo made me change my major. I dropped the first time, basted my arse studying and going to class the second. Made a C. Realized if I had to work that hard to barely make a C without being able to fully grasp the material and it was only going to get harder after that, maybe engineering wasn't for me.

I had to take a QBA class back in the early 90's when I was at LSU. My overall GPA was about a 3.0 so I did ok. My first test I failed. Studied my arse off for the second test and failed even worse. So I dropped the class. Had to Reschedule the next semester with same teacher with same results and dropped again. Third time I was able to get the other teacher that taught the class. Finished the class with a 98 average with hardly any studying. Same exact class. That still amazes me that how that happened that so much may just depend on what teacher you get.

Was it Robert for QBA/ISDS 2000 and 2001?
She was frickin tough according to most people. But I guess I was one of them lucky ones.
Unlike real math(calculus etc), those stats equations and exercises just made sense to me.
Set the curve in both 2000 and 2001 with that little firecracker of an instructor.

2nd Intermediate Accounting and Portfolio Analysis were tough. Other than that, undergrad wasn't very difficult.

Math 1021. Dropped it 3 times before I finally buckled down and passed with a C. I ended up getting an Accounting degree and no other class gave me the kind of trouble that Math 1021 did. I chalk it up to be young, dumb, and full of cum as those were my first 3 semesters and I got drunk at least 5 nights a week during those days.

Gen chem really isn't that hard. Am I grading too difficult on those lab reports?
After finally passing that bitch, I took my chem textbook and shot that bitch up at the gun range. Never had a spunk load that felt so good as fricking up that chemistry book.

For me it was "finite dimensional vector spaces" a 4000 level math class.

At LSU, 7000/8000 level experimental statistics classes. What made it worse was my buddy and I were the only non foreigners in the classes so getting help was almost impossible

I was a math major and had the same problem until I made a better grade on my test than the Asian who sat next to me. Suddenly he wanted to be my best friend.

Advanced accounting was the closest class like that for me.

It was just those classes you had to take but had zero interest or motivation in.
And falling behind was a recipe for disaster.

Did you take Complex Variables? Something like 80% of your grade was homework...I couldn't do those damn proofs. My best friend made an easy A, I dropped with the quickness.
Worst class was Condensed Matter with that damn Kittel book. Reciprocal space and I didn't get along. Coordinate units being 1/distance just doesn't make sense to me.

You...... SHUT your whore mouth! I was LSU from 93-99. There's plenty OTers older than me.
And You posted on FB EVERY day when you were in college, bitching about EVERYTHING from classes to Boyd Hall.
I was so happy when you graduated.
