Reading the article, this guy sounds like he wasn't just a kid who did something rash, but someone sick, devious, and scheming. Growing up I remember there were very few kids I considered borderline evil. A lot of people were bad at times, and some did act in really awful ways. Few seemed completely evil. The chimes Streeter who murdered the Alexandria kid reminds me of this. Just evil.
