I love his videos. It's hilarious how bizarre some of the vehicles he reviews are.

He definitely gets annoying after a while.

And some of the shite he should know he just guesses at.

I do like the rare and unusual cars. The comment section is gold on his videos.

If you aren't watching VINwiki then you are missing out. Great car stories.

Yeah I used to love his work on Jalopnik before he left. Now that site sucks for the most part. Check out his “apology to Brits Vid about his ranting over his garbage Range Rover. It’s hilarious. He also had a good one with an old Land Rover Defender.

I like him. Lately he seems to be spending less time driving the cars and more time talking about quirks and features.

Would like to see him turned loose on Jay Leno’s collection and giving thise cars Doug Scores

I prefer Tyler Hoover from "Hoovies Garage".

He owns roughly 12 cars, and calls them the "hooptie fleet". He buys vehicles that are normally very nice, but he buys vehicles that are in terrible shape. He does stuff like buying the cheapest turbocharged Porsche for sale in the United States.

I found Doug through watching Hoovie videos. The LS swapped 911 looks like a blast and I'm strangely curious about that Bentley with the crazy Russian backstory. Dude makes me wish I had a wholesalers license.

Yep. Sometimes he’s full of it but very entertaining.
My two favs are:
He bought a used 360 Modena and expects (in a tongue-in-cheek way) to go up in flames.
Also he rolled over an Audi and Kia with his Land Rover discovery.
Laughed my arse off.

That's what I like about his videos. It's a good change of pace (imo) from all the other car review videos. I don't really put much stock into his actual critiques of the performance and handling.

I was doing a job and these people randomly had one in the garage. I've never seen one before that. In English Turn..

Hoovie>Doug. I like the 8-bit intro music on Hoovie videos. The Bentley is an awesome project. VIN Wiki is a decent channel and a good idea albeit a small market. Ammo NYC (IRL friends with Farrah and Superspeeders) is good for detailing. Even if you aren’t into that, he rebuilt his 964 with concourse level body work which is worth a look.

Chris Harris is the gold standard for auto journalism.

Vechile Virgins and Daily Driven Exotics are awful.

doug is great, vinwiki is good but needs to diversify outside of Atlanta (although Ed is a great story teller), shmee is decent, salomondrin has some awesome cars but gets old quick, parker nirenstein is a bitch

Just started watching Doug not long ago. Personally I like his videos but could see how he may be annoying to some. I really enjoy Hoovie’s Garage, his recent Bentley purchase was interesting. Also a big fan of Matt Farah and The Smoking Tire...feel like he’s beginning to gather some real automotive journalist clout.

Can’t stand Salomondrin. Used to listen to his podcast but cut it off because every episode became him defending himself against and talking shite about his old CupGang buddies and then bashing different cars and manufacturers but claiming he’s not bashing them. He’s a little too much of a bro for me, no thanks.

Doug is awesome. I’ve followed his stuff since TTAC and Jalopnik. Extra points for not having annoying intro music (I’m talking to you TFL).
