Yes, it's a new system they have recently implemented.

Wings were OK. It's pretty hard to mess up wings.

The waitress was a good looking young lady and was very attentive. She had breasts, yes.

Certain licensing requirements dictate that a dedicated percentage of sales is food vs liquor..... Lest you become a "bar" as opposed to a "restaurant". For example, in Denham Springs city limits you cannot have a bar but you can have a restaurant that serves liquor. What defines restaurant vs a bar is the ratio between liquor and food sales.

We can refuse service to anyone other than the usual stuff that you'll lose a lawsuit on.

We aren't in danger of that. Food is still our primary product. It comes down to liability. If someone drinks at a place and drives off only to kill someone we can be viewed as liable. Just about any policies you hate at places open to the public can lead back to liability.

I think Affliction and Tap Out shirts were more prominent.

It was amazing how the clientele changed when the UFC was on every damn TV.

Sounds fun!

No, but it bumped my crab leg sales up. If you look at the receipt it is from 2014. This guy who goes by DJ Big Body tried extorting us for money. He sent the health department in and did a CNN ireport. We shut that down pretty quick. Feel free to call the health department to read their report for those who don't believe.

Were yall just sitting at the table and not ordering anything, or at least it had been a while, when folks were waiting to get a seat to eat?

In some states, the restaurant is responsible if you leave intoxicated and get in an accident. They probably monitor the amount of alcohol ordered and compared it to food to make sure you aren't getting shitfaced. In Texas they cut you off after so many drinks.

Don't restaurants make the most profit on alcohol sales. It doesn't make sense that they would kick drinkers out in favor of people who are eating.

Sounds like he was trying to seat some friends.
