If your weight wasn't a problem you wouldn't be trying to lose weight. Incongruent statement

Which surgery did you have? I have an apap too and had sinus surgery recently and haven’t used it either since. But May try it out again to see if I notice any difference

Better sleep. Make sure you get a good mask. I have older model,SOB comes off nightly. Sounds like a wind storm when it comes off. Also keep it clean. When I first got machine I was lazy. I caught some crap in my lungs that sucked.

My weight has nothing to do with my usage of a cpap. It has more to do with maintaining a healthy lifestyle. A problem would be obesity, morbid obesity, diabetes, etc. I hope you’re not in the IT field. Your logic sucks.

I was at 110 events per hour with blood oxygen dropping to 80. Longest event over 1 min. Went on auto bipap and have no issues. Before that I used to have to slap myself in the face to stop falling asleep on the ride home from work.

Forgot my machine on a beach trip once and drove home 4 hrs each way to get it so could function for the rest of the week.

That was 22 yrs ago.

Had knee replacement. Need to sleep on my back, you better have cpap . When you sleep on your back you stop breathing several times. I let dogs sleep with us , our smaller dog crawls under my back she keeps me on my side. I didn’t need cpap never woke up felt like a million dollars.

I sleep on my back just fine because I don't have a triple chin laying on my airway

From a mile away due to their width

So overweight unless you are over 6' tall. Considering this is a South Louisiana message board, I'm going to assume you're about 5'9

I’m also the guy that faints when he laughs too hard.

Can someone explain how this happens? I’ve come close a couple times and have no idea how.

Basically, I laugh so hard it hurts, can’t catch my breath, next thing I know my wife or friends are waking me up. It’s rare, but not unheard of. I’ve had the tests run on my heart and it came back clean.
