Visually, Natural Diamonds and Lab Grown Diamonds are exactly the same with the same hardness level and durability.

Can save a lot of money going the lab grown route to have money towards a new 1/2 ton.

Back in my day, they were called "cubic zirconium" and they were considered trashy AF. Costume jewelry.

No carbon in cubic zirconia

Although just bc the government says lab grown diamonds are diamonds doesn’t make them diamonds

Size matters.

Women tend to judge each other on rings. A diamond is a diamond.

The bigger lab diamond is the better investment.

If your wife doesn't understand that, you get what you pay for.

I prefer my diamonds first pass through the calloused bloodied hands of a Sierra Leonean child.

Real diamond for the engagement ring, lab grown for everything else. Wife agrees. The price of 1 carat diamond earrings that were lab grown vs mined was significant.

Not the same thing at all. We have hd the technology to make real diamond synthetically for a long time now. The diamond merchants have made it a thing to make the lab producers label them as "Lab made" so they didnt kill the market.

Figure out what style ring she wants, Buy a natural diamond on a website like James Allen.

Just do your homework on what makes a good cut.

A 3.5 ct D quality in natural diamond would run greater than 100k. The same thing in lab grown would be under 15k.

Yeah, women always notice a big diamond.

Diamonds have little to no actual value and they aren’t rare or scarce.

See is the way to go man …flawless every time

If your girl demands the real thing, then she’s probably going to be high maintenance AF. That ring aint for her, it’s for her friends.

If your SO cares about a diamond at all, she's going to want the real thing. And if she wants the real thing, she's going to want at least a solid carat. Anything less won't be appreciated.

That's just the way it is.

I bought moisannite. It looks nice. We needed an area to save money, the wedding and honeymoon would have bankrupted us otherwise.
