So your car is currently a battleground between ants and spiders?

This happened in my wife’s suburban. We were moving a piece of outdoor furniture and there must have been a nest with eggs. When I tried to take it out of the back it fell off and exploded.
Vacuumed as many as possible then had a pest control guy come by and spray some industrial strength crap that wiped out the rest.

Ditto on the gel bait (Terro).

Advion ant bait gel, you won't find a better solution to the problem.

Terro is the only answer I’ve ever seen to home remedies for ants. Gets rid of them in 24-36 hours.
We had ants when we lived in Hawaii and they were terrible. Tried everything, sprays, gels, etc and finally did Terro. They were gone within a day. We do the same thing at our beach house in SC and it works every time.

Yeah, was a bit unsettling at first but the spiders perceive me as a benevolent god and the ants don't bother to surface when I am in the car.
Not a problem if you consider the alternative....

Surround truck with old coffee cups.

If you have ants in you pants do you feel the need to dance?

One of my son’s parks his truck along side of his boat but his truck is on grass. He had ant issues for a while. He then noticed a column of them climbing up a tire and under the frame and into the cab. We sprayed some ant poison here and there and let the truck air out. Did not happen again.

you should have removed the cup and put it under the truck. Then they would have left the truck. simple.
