I agree with him but I just don't find him very funny. I love standup so I tried to get through one of his specials and he is just such a one trick pony that it gets tiring after a while.

Logically he is correct. It really serves no purpose.. But what the frick else are people suppose to say? If everyone tells someone "My thoughts & prayers are with you" and you are the only jackass who doesn't say anything... how does that work?
