Same here..I took one of his books on my first trip overseas and have been watching him since No Reservations. He helped broaden my horizons. RIP

I watched "No Reservations" all throughout college. I think my favorite episodes were when he went back home to New Jersey & when he was caught in a city that was being bombed during a filming.
Bourdain was rough around the edges. But at least he was real and fairly reliable. I'll miss his sense of humor and I feel for his daughter (Even though he seemed extremely proud of her and close with her)

Totally agree. He was a pompous arse who thought he was above others in the culinary world.
