I agree. I have a big arse rescue pit and most people should not be allowed to have one. At least one this size. I love him to death, but when he gets old and can hardly move it will honestly be relieving... he's a beast and a handful
Dak? That you?

Doesn’t anyone on here even have a pit?

No, please. I agree there is a problem, but cruelty is not the answer.

Years ago couple who lived next to my daughter and her toddler had two Pitt bulls. There was a chain link fence separating the yards. When I visited and recognized the dogs as Pitts, I told the owners that if anything happened to my granddaughter I would kill them and the dogs. My daughter told me they moved out about two weeks later. Toddler could just put her arm through the chain link fence. Really freaked me out.

How do you expect the low functioning to take, and pass, a course?

I joined a Pets for Sale in Louisiana Facebook group a couple of weeks ago after our Boxer died. After a week I had to delete the group because at least half were either looking for Pits or selling them.

It’s no coincidence that the vast majority of pit bull owners are pure trash.

There's a pit that roams my new neighborhood. It's a male with a collar. He seems friendly but I don't trust him at all. Not sure who owns him. I need to find out and let them know we have leash laws in our area and he needs to be put inside a fence. I have 2 goldens and I keep them inside a fence. I have a 2 year old daughter and 8 month old nephew that like to play in the front yard and while he hasn't ever shown any signs of aggression I know he could.

I can't even keep straight which dogs are considered pitbulls anymore.
All three of these dogs are technically pitbulls even though they're completely different breeds.
