Yup, sucks.

Have a drink for them.

Put down my boxer june 2018.

My kid still asks for her, he still thinks she is just sick at the vet even though we told him she isnt coming home.

Aw hell, have another drink.

I had to put my 13 year old black lab down a month ago as of yesterday and I’m still not totally over it. They found a large abdominal tumor on a Sunday at the emergency vet, and while waiting to see the oncologist vet on Monday morning, his red blood cells bottomed out. We rushed over there at 4 AM and we’re able to be with him in his final moments. It absolutely gutted me, but I’m glad I was able to be there with him to see him through. I feel your pain, brother.

Sorry to hear. Boudreaux certainly was given a great life and had a wonderful caring owner. Rest easy and be at peace.

Don't let your heart stay heavy. You gave him a long, happy life with a human that cared for him. Please go rescue another one and give it the same thing. You are the one who gets the gift.

Really sorry for your loss. Losing a pet is heartbreaking.

Sorry for your loss, but when I read the thread title I thought it was about an OT "baw" coming out as gay.
