re: Another Casino Refusing to Pay a Big Winner

In situations like this, it’s important to gather all documentation, including screenshots of the win and any communication with the casino. If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to the casino's customer service through multiple channels (email, live chat, etc.) and escalate the issue. If that doesn’t work, you could consider lodging a complaint with a gambling commission or regulatory body. Sometimes, public pressure, like making a detailed post on social media, can also push the casino to pay up.
However, this issue highlights the importance of playing only on verified and reputable casino sites. Casinos that are licensed and regulated by trusted authorities are more likely to operate fairly and pay out winnings promptly. Always check for reviews, licenses, and the overall reputation of the site before playing. Verified sites have strict rules to follow, and they value their reputation, so situations like this are less likely to happen. To avoid future issues, it’s crucial to choose a casino with a solid reputation, like Kinghills Casino UK, which is known for its transparency and fair play. So check out here LINK

If his side of the story is legit he should recoup a lot more than $500K in a lawsuit.
Apparently he was a paid sponsor of the casino. They gave him a bunch of play money so that he would make content making bets with the casino and it was clear that there were rules with how much he could recover for himself.

Do you have a link to that? The whole thing seemed like massive horseshite from the start.

Some of the fine print on those sports books are that for high odds payouts they will only pay up to like $10000 or $20000. It’s a scam.
GAMBLING is a scam. Vegas never loses money for a reason. Gambling has been called a tax on the stupid. It’s certainly a tax on the naïve.

Why is he saying he won 500K - either he doesn't understand gambling or is dumb
He had to put down the $143k up front, so when/if he wins the pay out is $500k.

Casinos are a scourge on society

About 16 years ago I made a bet at the sports book on an LSU game that was 4 months away. I mailed in the winning ticket and they mail me a check for the winnings in Louisiana.
I'm mailed in winning tickets to several casinos (in Vicksburg and Philadelphia), they've always paid out. I'm always worried my winning ticket is going to get "lost" in the mail.

They gave him a bunch of play money
Wtf is this? Wouldn't they just gave him credit? Or was it monopoly money?

Yeah, they definitely didn't build all those casinos in Vegas due to people winning money, that's for sure

In other words a shill to help fleece the gullible rubes.

WRONG - look at the ticket above dummy, it clearly states "MAX WINNG 357K".
You don't win your investment.
It's like a stock, if you buy it at $20.00 and sale it at $25.00 you don't realize a $25.00 gain .
try again
Technically you are correct, but in gambling parlance you are paying X to win X. Regardless, they have his initial investment, so they owe him $500k.

Here’s something people here won’t like to hear. If the only way to be interested in sports is to bet on it, you don’t actually like sports.
Nah. I like sports. I like gambling.
Sports betting is just fun for me.

I've heard too many stories like this, and it's one of the biggest reasons people are wary of certain casinos, especially online ones. It’s frustrating when they gladly take your money when you lose but suddenly find loopholes when you win big. A friend of mine had a similar issue with a sportsbook. It took weeks of emails and threats of legal action before they paid out a portion of what he was owed.
This is why I stick to platforms that have a solid reputation and transparent payout policies. If you're looking for safer options, you might want to check out https://topui88.net/, which is known for reliable games and fair payouts.
