Anecdotal mask reinforcement thread of the day

Coroner's office, attorney's office, and clerk's office.
The only enforcement was I needed a mask to enter the court house.
Behind closed doors, masks off.

I stopped by gym to see what was going on. Told I needed to have one to enter. After that, masks are off for exercising.

At Walmart here they had big signs up yesterday that said that since masks were required by government mandate that masks would be required in Walmart.....I assumed they weren't enforcing it because the mandate didn't go into effect until today.
Are they just rubber stamping something for corporate with these signs? If so I'm down with that.

The new fun thing to do is to walk around in medical scrubs and not wear a mask. Especially when you have zero experience in the medical field.

I know that there's been a lot of debate of do you have to wear one. Do businesses have to make you wear one? Are you going to get fined? If you really read his presser, JBE knows that he can mandate this but not enforce it. He said it.

I’ve been staying in a hotel in Lafayette for the last few days. About 6:00 yesterday morning, I went to run on the treadmill. I didn’t see another person in the entire hotel, much less in the gym. After 60 seconds, a worker comes in and tells me I have to wear a mask while I run
