Nah. It isn't relevant. It's you trying to make the person shot look less human. Idk what the situation was but his crime record doesn't justify the cop shooting him on its own.

So the guy asked the cop for help, the cop tried to pat him down, the for no reason he pulled out his taser, dropped it, grabbed his gun, and shot the guy for no reason?

Family’s story makes no sense at all.
Without reading it, I’m assuming they said it was a simple mistake and excessive force was used? Somewhere along the lines of “hands up don’t shoot”.

I've seen worse. It could have happened, mainly a problem with the taser.
The BART cop who just executed the dude thought he was reaching for a taser (according to his story) so it's a possibility.
Taser may not have worked, grabbed his firearm and got confused in the fracus about which one he had.

No doubt. They’re definitely cracking down on those of us that speak the truth.
Makes sense. I posted an article about some culcha the other day and when I logged in later it had disappeared.

I don't care about the color of the perp. They only care because it was a black guy. Ironically, the ones most prone to cry racisism are the biggest racists.
I never understood this really. I mean it makes sense given the current environment, but whenever I see an article about a white person shot who was a criminal, I simply think well good. But, reverse that and it's a black person, there has to be a racial motive or unjustified.

My 5 time convicted felon baby would never do that!

His past is relevant, not to justify the shooting, but it tells a story of what kind of person he was and what kind of actions he most likely took during the interaction with the deputy.

Well you can't mention Gary Chambers, Krista Bordelon, Meaghan Matt, because they RA the frick out of a thread or get their minions. Then they try to find out your personal info to post on their PUBLIC facebook pages.

It is amazing how a lifetime of arrests and convictions has nothing to do with a persons current activities yet it does matter in every other thing. Not saying that the officer necessarily knew the guys past and used it to justify his actions but you can certainly draw some inferences when analyzing the situation after the fact.

So if you boil this situation down, the community just got a bit safer with this guy no longer living there?

I don’t know anything about this particular case, but I thought I would mention the extra weight does not look good on Kibbles.

Is that all the public is going to get from the EBRSO that there was "a struggle"?
Yes, the Sheriff's Office should probably just release some concocted version of the events to the media before doing an extensive investigation.
