The thing is, a healthy majority of people need to be managed. With supervision, they are capable and can excel. But when left to their own devices they’ll lollygag and dawdle and not accomplish much. Some People are tools, and not in a negative sense. Used correctly they’ll perform well, but without guidance, they aren’t getting much done.

The country is primarily being being operated by people with only a high school diploma. While those with college degrees are being layed off. At the end of the day, we can’t function without the grocery store clerk, truck driver, policeman, farm worker. They are the ones who ultimately make things work. The academics are expendable.
Only on the OT do "those with college degrees" = Academics

Essential employee with college degree checking in.
I do have extensive experience flipping burgers and working a register in case the apocalypse gets worse.

Right now the person who can fix a HVAC is more stable than the banker. The person who can fix a car is more important than the psychologist.

That will in fact happen but it will be entire families.

As a result of this event domestic violence has increased exponentially as well. The victim is less likely to get help because they think anyone who would help is off from work.

I bet you’re the kind of guy who could fall face first into a barrel of titties and come up with a Dick in your mouth.

Fr33, Chicken makes a great living off of the bet that thousands dawdle all day every day right here. Supervision seems to be sorely lacking and Roofers aren't posting

A smart manager will put people in the position that they will accomplish the most amount of work with the least amount of effort. And then not be a nitpicker because he knows that when crunch time comes he has capable people

Why do blue-collar people need everyone to suck their dicks every time there’s an inconvenience in the world?

Probably because a lot of the “academics” (read progs) look down their nose at them most of the time, so when they are needed it’s a chance to rub it in the nose of those that see them as their “betters”.
Ultimately it creates and inflated sense of value and ego and isn’t good for morale in the long run, but that’s the root of it.

I don’t know...this is pretty funny.
But in all seriousness, where on earth did you get that I think domestic violence is funny?
ETA: and I don’t think you know what exponentially means
