I was once a college track coach and I can tell you that I witnessed a couple of 5k or 10K runners(both women) pooped themselves on the track and finished. One was a good runner @ Wake Forest(Ithink...the meet was there)

What is worse is the bathrooms before the meets. The men's was a whole of shits going on and dirty and stinky as hell. I guess the women's would be too, but given what I witnessed, I guess the women don't finish before the race.

I ran cross country when I was younger. No way I cared enough to shite myself mid race just to finish

That is really awesome that she finished and didn’t allow a little poo on her leg to ruin it for her. I’d be very proud if she were my daughter.

Especially when there are porta potties all along the route.

Couldn't do it. I ran the BR 5k with my company once and almost shite myself somewhere around the 4k mark. Penguin walked the rest of the race and straight to the portopotty. Had a decent time going too.

Dave Lafary, a tackle for the Saints did it with less than 2 minutes left in a game against the Bengals in 1978. Archie Manning ran every play off his side (no Bengal wanted to get near him) on the way to a game-winning FG.

That's not the line. Forrest says "it happens" and the guy says "what.. shite?"

I know, but I'm going to allow this one because the bumper sticker ultimately ended up being "shite happens".

I remember in the the late 70's my mom and I were watching the wide world of sports. They were airing a triathlon and they had the camera on this one guy.. He ran off the road and pulled his shorts down and sprayed his guts all over the place. I just remember screaming "he's taking a shite"..

If she had food poisoning it’s pretty darned impressive that she was able to run that distance at that pace.
