Actually yes, it is. I can rinse by arse off at the hose pipe, but if things ever go to hell in a hand basket and I need to protect myself, family, and provisions, then having enough ammo is a lot more important than fricking toilet paper. Hell, I’d say in an economic collapse for instance, it would take the place of money in a bartering system.

Nope. With a Tromp loss the senate is gone D and the house id deeper D. With all 3 branches the excise tax on ammo will be through the rook and purchases will be severely limited. Likely some 10 to 15 rounds a week type limit. Old ammo shoots just fine. It tends to smoke a little more, but I’ve shot some old arse ammo. In Louisiana, btw.
