Just looked at mine and I'm at 2 hours. Pleased with that.
I've made it a point to decrease phone usage. Similarly I read before bed and really avoid all social media except this site occasionally.
It's really because I've become uninterested in alot of internet content. If I'm not researching or planning something then I'm typically not on my phone.

I exercise a lot. Run and lift weights. My phone is my new version of the old Walkman. Some of that time isn’t wasted. Some people use it for work. I do agree it’s too much time wasted especially for young women. I think social media has destroyed them.

Curious in the breakdown of actual phone usage (calls/texts) vs active internet/social media usage vs passive usage like Spotify and google maps.

Am around 3ish on week days. A little higher on off days

Unless my phone rings for something work related, I prob only look at it 3-4 times a day just to check if the wife has sent me a text.
I’ll go entire days most weekends never even picking it up and it stays on silent.

And I heard yesterday there is now this thing called "charging time syndrome" or something like that. Certain people start to panic when their phone battery gets down to 38% charged and start to panic.

Rookie numbers
ETA: I do 95% of my writing and research on my phone

I’m at 3:15 but that includes YouTube videos and streaming music. A bit misleading as those are like tv/radio.
Still too much.
