I actually agree 100% on you with this. Why not try to fix both problems?

Because you address the problem, not the tool. You ban one tool, another will be used.

Cars. Explosives. All kinds of fun ways to kill lots of people easily.

But only one way makes sure you're plastered on the front page of the news cycle for a week.

Well, as long as you're the correct color killing the correct color.

Serious question: are they planning to take conventional/non-assault hunting platforms and/or hand guns?

I knew about ARs and such......but are they wanting to take all guns?

Not sure if you know this or not, but unless you have a revolver or single shot pistol, it functions exactly the same as what liberals call “assault weapons” (AR-15, AK47).

So if you have a typical .380, .9mm, .40, or .45, liberals can and will brand it an assault weapon if they get their assault weapons ban. Hide and watch.

Biden, Harris, Warren, and Sanders all voted to ban guns in 1994........ please rebut.

Did they vote to confiscate them?

You do realize you do not have to agree with a candidate on every single issue to vote for them.

Well this thread has led me to believe that the topic of gun confiscation is really fricking important to some people. I'm asking these people if someone who supports gun confiscation prior to adjudication is a deal breaker for their vote.

Unfortunately these people appear too soft and afraid to actually say. Sad.

I agree with a lot of what trump proposed and is proposing. I also know he doesn’t write or make the laws, just authorizes them and directs/assists agencies to enforce them.

Because of that I will vote for house and senate representation that stand vehemently against any and all fire arm confiscation, ESPECIALLY at local levels so that law never comes to his desk.

I’m not voting for the Democrat candidates because of their stance on fire arms, but not just because of that, but because I disagree with a lot of their tax policies, government funded social initiatives, and their desired overbearing environmental regulations in addition to their wanting to restrict 1st, 2nd, and 4th amendment (not just Dems here) rights

How do you educate the unwilling?

I mean every time there’s mass shooting (which always happens at a place where guns are not allowed) leftists scream for the banishment of all guns. Whereas this millennial calls for the banishment of gun free zones, but most of my age group wants all guns gone.

Because people of similar ideology to the ones you are mocking in this thread have raised enough money, and raised enough hell to let politicians know this is not acceptable.

Every time a gun control measure is enacted, we inch closer and closer to our right confiscation. Is any of the main front runners calling for it nationally? No, not yet. But they will

Like it or not, voting for president is a binary option. Trump is going to act more pro 2a than any of the crazies you guys nominate, regardless of his personal beliefs.

What ideology am I mocking?

I’m mocking fear mongering. That’s it.

I’m about as staunch pro 2nd amendment as it gets. I strongly believe we should reduce gun control, and perhaps have no gun control. But apparently that makes me a liberal. Odd.

It actually does make you very liberal (little L), just not Progressive (big P)

Right. Historically that would be correct, but we both know what the OT means when they use “liberal”
