If someone doesn't show up for 5 minutes for a deposition, they do a proces-verbal and leave. They don't wait around for 10 hours.

well this seems like it may be court-ordered, as it appears to be part of a criminal proceeding. also it's high-profile and in lala land so the rules are going to be different when you're dealing with an Amber Heard and Johnny Depp (just b/c they're pampered movie stars)
