I mean I'm the first to admit sometimes random iPhone alerts nearly run me off the road when they come through the car speaker lol, but if it was your family member you would want the alerts to go out. Not to mention they do it in a broad area around the spot of the crime, presumably because the scumbag is gonna be fleeing out of the area, going through areas that were alerted.

car and children have been located in Florida and are safely in custody of a sheriff's department there

ETA: she's apparently a native of the area in Florida where the kids were found
she was on foot... Good Samaritan gave her a ride... she told him to go to the house where the baby daddy lives... driver pulls up and she sees the car running with the kids in it and she hops in and drives off right behind the person who dropped her off
