Amazon chooses NYC and Northern VA for HQ2 and HQ3

Why three headquarters? This feels like the MIC spreading their footprint as large as they can so nobody will touch them.

Eventually it stops being a headquarters and is simply another work site.
The definition of a headquarters is a centralized work location.
I think Amazon is just drumming up PR by calling these work sites as "headquarters"

They aren’t going to stop with a couple headquarters.
Amazon is pretty much setting itself up to take over the entire package delivery network all together.
I have a feeling UPS and fedex have limited years left.
