Most people who are “friends with cops” really have acquaintances who are cops who are tired of dealing with their shite.

We are trying to make a plan to exit.

It took 4 months for BRPD to tell him outright that he can never park his truck anywhere in the neighborhood, but they finally told him that today. O/U before he violates it this time?

I don't trust anyone in BRPD right now, I am more concerned about getting away from living in a BRPD district than the neighbor at this point, ain't that crazy.

We had a plan in place for living arrangements but this throws a wrench in it.

Honestly, has it all been worth it? I'm on your side on this one, but it sounds like this guy might enjoy being an a-hole.

No, I did not plan on living next to a low IQ hot head.

Current property search is set to 5 acres minimum, I wanted my son to be done with high school before hitting the sticks, but he will be OK.

Damn. Was that a follow-up thing or was it because he was blocking your driveway again?

I would make it about that truck and how he is probably drunk as frick driving it. Get his truck taken away. Ruin his life. Then maybe he will jump off a bridge.

Or he’ll murder OP then jump off a bridge. These kind of people really are scum. I just don’t understand a person’s mindset that tells them to double down on being a tpos when asked politely if they can do something simple like moving a truck.

Well, this time we called because he was blowing his air horn every time he left and came back with the truck. I don't need to tell you air horns are loud as frick.

The lieutenant told me "It's not illegal for him to blow his horn, maybe it is to tell his wife bye, I don't know". Yes, a Lieutenant with BRPD said this. So then I went back to, well the truck can't be parked there since he won't behave like a rational being.

Catching the threats on camera this weekend was great, but BRPD isn't doing anything about them. They say charges are pending but they just let him say what he wants when he wants, he has no respect for anyone or anything.

Is he renting or buying ? If renting you should get a hold of his landlord and tell them what's going on. Also you need to get neighbors involved who are tired of his shite. If y'all have a HOA they are doing a shitty job.

You need to tell us who this guy is or the name of his business so we can all screw with him and make his life miserable. Think of it as a little bit of OT vengeance.

I’m actually surprised they told him he couldn’t park in the neighborhood. I’m curious what legal justification (if any) they would have used.

I was thinking before that it might be some kind of zoning violation but I don’t think that’s enforced by BRPD. Regardless, I’m guessing he’s good and pissed off now.

Be safe baw.

Agree on the neighbors. How close are the homes in your neighborhood? I can’t believe you’re the only one hearing him blowing the horn at all hours of the night.

Or is it possible the other neighbors are scared of him and don’t say anything?

He right maybe honking the air horn may not be against the law.
Parking in the residential area is, and he refused to enforce the law.
He also seemed to refuse to enforce the law, after you filed many complaints.

He does need to be fired or demoted.

You need to bring this up to your councilperson and file a complaint against him. Probably need to go to the media also. All jokes aside a commander should be more tactful.

They will be the first one crying if the metro council merges them with the sheriff’s dept. Then the Sheriff can fire these lazy officers without a civil service hearing.

Agree. And then come back a year later in the middle of a thunderstorm at 2 AM and take out the truck.

Why is every post in this thread calling for the company name being ignored?
