Why is every post in this thread calling for the company name being ignored?

I still have some powder dry to still work in the system, if I lose all hope full doxing will ensue. I know you guys are going to be great, but there are other places when they see the video of this grown individual calling an 8 year old special needs kid "motherfricking retarded" will do shite that I couldn't even imagine.

Yes if you expose him you run the risk of it ending up viral. Tow douche is definitely the a-hole and he would be excoriated but do you want that attention on your family?

ETA any pics or videos of his tow truck being towed would definitely go viral. People would love that shite especially me

Someone mentioned calling the landlord if renting. If owning, I’m sure his home insurer would love seeing a video of him threatening to beat your arse. Insurers are dropping people for way less than that these days.

This thread has me hooked like a moth to a flame due to the legal content.
Reminds me of the thread a while back of the dude who found where his stolen motorcycle was and had to go thru hoops just for that in MS.

He owns the truck. He has a storage lot. I think he is solo.

Got to say, I’m generally in favor of move on, but in this situation, I’m in favor of frick this guy up, take his livelihood, let him figure out what is next in life.

I would move before I unleashed the hell of the video or the OT on him. He doesn’t exactly sound stable and you don’t know how he would react to that kind of pressure.

I would check in daily for updates.

This story is pretty good. I'm happy you finally got some movement. It goes to show you how things are geared to benefit the fricking retards out there. OP had to stay the course over weeks and weeks just to move the needle. Most people would give up and the asshat wins. But not this time!

Well, this time we called because he was blowing his air horn every time he left and came back with the truck. I don't need to tell you air horns are loud as frick. The lieutenant told me "It's not illegal for him to blow his horn, maybe it is to tell his wife bye, I don't know". Yes, a Lieutenant with BRPD said this.

That air horn is likely illegal. .. especially in a residential neighborhood during a non-emergency.

This shows you how the City Parish form of government, city of BR, and BRPD, do not enforce laws that protect neighborhoods.

Laws are put into place to protect neighborhood value of homes, for safety, and quality of life in neighborhoods.

They put no commercial vehicles in neighborhoods to protect the residents who live there, reduce damage also blocking of roads, and reduce noise from commercial vehicles.

BRPD, fails to do their job also siding with the violator. All the officers who responded and did nothing, should be demoted or terminated. LT should be fired immediately. They are picking and choosing the laws to enforce. They also showed favoritism to the violator.

You see this all the time in the news where city parish or city is not enforcing codes.

Recently
- this item
- wbrz has councilman who lives in another district that did not pull permits to build a fence or pool house. Even when the courts ruled in the affected homeowners favor nothing is done. If you do something which Mayor or metro council members hate they will have a clean up crew out the next day.

- seen wbrz 2 on your side helped a neighbor clean up a blighted property due to it was a violation of code.
I guess now we have to call 2 on your side to get anything done.

This shows you how the laws are ignored by BRPD and metro council unless it affects them or they get caught on TV!!!

It’s time for a change in the way our parish and city government is arranged.

This could 1000000% be a hate crime. Consult an attorney if you have a video. Ruin this fricker.

All the truck owner has to do is come up with an excuse for why he used it and I'm sure his pea-sized brain can do that much. Wouldn't be an open and shut case. Even if you got it on camera, it might be difficult to prove. Also, wouldn't be worth BRPD's time.

If you have to call BRPD on him again, you can quote this to them. Technically, you cannot use your horn to say goodbye to your wife in the Baton Rouge City limits.

I know this, it was easy to pull up now that I know where to find all of our ordinances. My wife wanted to argue with the lieutenant but I stopped her because there is no point. Hopefully we get all the body cam footage and I can show everything to a lawyer and see what they can do. If I can't when we move I have a couple great videos for the OT, and the tow truck company will go viral. Not might go viral, will go viral. I haven't exaggerated in this thread at all. Maybe tampered it down a bit even on what has occurred. There are enough people who hate the R word that also have great internet skills, the enemy of my enemy sort of situation.
