Driving with kids late at night with guns and pot will get you in trouble

When did that one in MN happen?
Posted on 7/7/16 at 7:08 am to LSUTANGERINE
Grabbed his shirt and took him to the ground. Sounds like a tackle/takedown to me dumbass. Not to mention the officer was lucky he didn't get to his illegal gun that he was carrying. This man has a record of fighting the law and he finally lost his last battle, I guess that's what happens when you fight the law

Would actually be a good use of his time.

Yeah. He's wrestled with cops before. The gun fell off of him then.

9 pm isn't late and he was legally carrying.

For a kid? And having a gun is ok, guns and drugs not ok
And I'm a pot head

Slippery slope there... she says they had pot in the car. I don't know the exact laws in MN but in most places guns and drugs equal illegal.

Cops responded to a man outside of a store with a firearm.
He doesn't comply because he's a convicted felon and going back to jail.
Why do I care?
Exactly!
46 page rap sheet Sterling had
But Baton Rouge will burn anyways
Someone explain black America to me....I don't get it

Wow. The guy at allegedly tells the cop he has a license for conceal and carry. He allegedly goes for his license and registration and his shot dead . If true, the cop is trigger-happy and should be fired as well as charges brought up against him.
different story

A 360 would put you in the same direction as when you started

Are there any videos of the MN shooting showing what led up to him being shot?

He should have killed him in 2009 and we wouldn't have this problem
Killed him for what?

In May 2009, he was selling CDs outside a convenience store when a Baton Rouge officer asked if he had any weapons or drugs on him, according to a police report. Sterling didn’t answer, and the officer had him put his hands on the police car, the report said. While being frisked for weapons, Sterling tried to reach into his front left pocket for an unknown item, the officer wrote. Sterling then tried to run from the officer, who grabbed the back of his shirt and pushed him to the ground. During the struggle, a stolen 9mm semi-automatic pistol fell from Sterling’s waist band, the report said. Officers also found a small plastic bag of suspected marijuana in Sterling’s front left pocket. Sterling later pleaded guilty in May 2011 to illegal carrying of a weapon with a controlled dangerous substance, and was sentenced to five years in July 2011.
so if he would have spent the entire 5 years for this crime, we would have just been released days ago.....
