It's sad that the police and their families have to live with this all because this repeat offender made a stupid decision. It was justified after watching second video. Just a sad situation.

I have only commented on what I have seen in videos. You either didn't watch or willfully ignored something very important and very evident in the video and then began spouting off about cops being in the wrong

The people bitching about how he was "murdered" are the ones who watched a few seconds of the first grainy video (with no sound) where he is shot, didn't find out any facts, then said "HE WAS EXECUTED BY THE POLICE!!!".

Yeah I can live with all of that, I just don't know where people keep seeing this definitive evidence that he's grabbing the gun in his pocket. You can make plenty of assumptions, and I agree that what he actually was doing is irrelevant as long as the officer thinks he was going for the gun, but there is nothing definitive. The good news for the police officers is that it doesn't have to be definitive for it to be justified, but that apparently isn't good enough for some people. They have to make it even worse and suggest he was intent on killing the officers. IMO that is just as ridiculous as suggesting the cops were out to hunt down a black man.
