Already have people on my Facebook whining about Mother's Day

And how people posting today is "hurting them" because they didn't have a mom in their life and blah blah blah. Apparently those of us with loving Mothers need to not acknowledge today because it rubs it in their face.
I love social media, but man people do anything for attention these days. All the comments are filled with "sad emoticons" and thoughts and such for them to have strength today.

I avoid social media on Mother's Day, Father's Day, Veterans Day, Memorial Day, etc... pretty much any day that provides an opportunity for morons to act pretentious or post something to make themselves seem more thoughtful than they are any other day of the year.

My favorite is those saying being a "pet mother" is just as hard as being a human mother.

Umm anybody can get knocked up and pop out a kid. It takes a special woman to be a pet mommy, especially a rescue pet mommy. My girlfriend is a pet mommy of 4 beautiful rescue pitties and if you have a problem with it were gonna be having a picnic this afternoon at the dog park (where we spend most of our free time) so come say it to my face

Yeah people are stupid... don't let dumb people on FB get under your skin, if you do, you're going to have a tough time at life.
I will say that this being the 2nd Mother's Day without my mom, it can be a quick gut check seeing all the people getting to spend the day enjoying their mother, but for people to bitch about it is idiotic

95% is people posting pics of their mom and happy statuses. For some reason the Facebook algorithm is shooting all the negative posts to my feed today.

Yeah I didn't know people actually read their FB feeds to be up to date of their 'friend's statuses', that's new to me..... I thought FB was to keep in touch with distant people or to be able to look up sluts or use tinder/bumble.

This is the second Mothers day since my mom passed. I post old pictures of us together that she held onto for 35-45 years that I had forgotten existed and share with people how much my brother and I were loved by her and how much we loved her and what she meant to me and him.
